Synopsis:
Hal Carter, vague and adventurous man, decides to settle down and find a job in a small town in Kansas. At the picnic which is held on the occasion of Labor Day, Hal falls in love with the local beauty, the charming Madge Dwens. The next day, Hal asks her to go with him to Tulsa.
