Ola and the Janglers, svensk popgrupp bildad i Stockholm 1962. Från början
bestod bandet av: Ola Håkansson (sång), Christer Idering (gitarr), Johannes
Olsson (orgel), Lennart Gudmundsson (bas), och Leif Johansson (trummor).
Gruppen tog särskilt starkt intryck av två brittiska musikgrupper, Manfred Mann
och The Zombies. Deras första låt som kom att hamna på Tio i topp var också en
cover på Zombies "She's Not There". Claes af Geijerstam ersatte Idering som
gitarrist och Åke Eldsäter ersatte Lennart Gudmundsson som basist 1965.

Ola & the Janglers were a garage rock and beat group, founded in Stockholm,
Sweden in 1962. Its lead member was Ola Håkansson. The group's 1969 hit "Let's
Dance", a cover of the Chris Montez song, reached #92 on the Billboard Hot 100.
This was the first entry on that list by a Swedish group/artist. Between March
1965 and October 1968 they had 13 entries to the Swedish top chart “10 I topp”.
They reached first place with the songs “Love Was On YourMind", "Poetry In
Motion", "Alex Is The Man" and "Let's Dance".
