If you don't want to download Sygic Data-Content folder here you got it

Copy this folder "Sygic" to you device sd-card or external sd-card
Install Sygic_v12.2.1_full_SP

PS: Also you have to download the maps, you can find those maps in one of mt torrent to :)

Then run Sygic :)
