Textbook in PDF format Since the publication of the second edition of this book on methods in lymphoma research in 2019, a variety of additional methods have been developed or further refined that can now be used to study the molecular biology of lymphomas. Therefore, this new edition includes several new chapters that describe approaches for single-cell B-cell and T-cell receptor sequencing, for multiplexed immunophenotyping of lymphoma tissue samples, for genetic manipulation and extended culture of human germinal center B cells, on genetic mouse models of lymphomas, on establishing patient-derived xenograft models of lympho-mas, on detection and characterization of clonal hematopoiesis, and on detection of circu-lating tumor DNA in lymphoma patients. Besides these new chapters, most of the chapters included in the second edition still address key approaches for the analysis of lymphoid malignancies, so they remain important for such a collection of methods and have been updated to present the most current version of the methods. As was already the case for the second edition, numerous methods can be used not only for the analysis of lymphoid malignancies but also for other cancers or normal cells of the immune system. Therefore, this third edition of the book should be of interest not only for hematologists and hema-topathologists but also for scientists interested in other fields of cancer research as well as human genetics and immunology
