It has never been reissued on any media since. The band formed in 1964 under the name The Spasstiks. In 1966, they changed their name to Cat. They played in clubs on the US East Coast and released two singles, Love’s Got A Hold On Me and Doin’ The Best We Can, on Apex Records. The band was noticed by the famous Toronto producer Jack Richardson, who got Cat a contract with RCA in New York. The first single, Light Of Love, despite all its merits and hit potential, did not make any impression – there was too much similar music at the time. But the second single, We’re All In This Together, had some popularity in Canada, making it into the local charts. Following the release of the album, the band was included in the "Festival Express" train, which traveled with concerts throughout Canada in 1970, after which the group did not exist for long: commercial bad luck, as well as musical differences, led to the breakup
