House Flipper 2 is a construction simulator by the Polish studio Frozen District, formerly known as Empyrean. It is a continuation of the House Flipper game released in 2018. In the game, we again play the role of an investor renovating purchased apartments ourselves.

House Flipper 2 once again puts us in the role of an investor who buys old, damaged houses, renovates them ourselves and resells them for a higher price. Similarly to its predecessor, the gameplay is based on accepting orders from customers and satisfying their needs. Different customers have different preferences regarding room layout and apartment decor.
