Season 4, Episode 17 – "Amanda And Shawn"

Amanda and Shawn are best friends and work colleagues. They are looking to pool their money together to buy a vacation lakefront property that gives them each their own space. First, they view a fully restored house that was built in the 1960s. The property has a beautiful lava rock fireplace, amazing views, and separate sleeping quarters. The next property is a multi-level lake house with room for entertaining and separate and private spaces across the four distinct levels. Finally, the friends view a gorgeous and secluded chalet, which is situated on a peninsula. Like chalets in Europe, this property boasts gorgeous views, soaring ceilings, and a 270-degree view of the lake. 

Season 4, Episode 18 – "Michelle And Phil"

Newly engaged couple Michelle and Phil are looking for a lakefront home where they can entertain family and friends. Phil, a chef, is looking for a property with a great kitchen. The first house the couple visits is a modern and contemporary new build. The gourmet kitchen has a hidden butler's pantry, and the property is situated on a unique canal. The second house is a more rustic log cabin home with an elevated exterior and multiple entertaining zones. The last home on this couple's journey is a traditional A-frame build with high ceilings, amazing lake views, and a pub-style entertaining area.
