SysGauge is an interesting and useful program that, upon launch, will monitor the activity of your system. You will be able to conveniently view data about CPU utilization, monitor the consumption of RAM, learn the current data transfer rate to the Internet, and overall view the percentage of OS performance, which resources are being used, what processes are active, how the file system is functioning, how external drives connected to the system are behaving, their read and write speeds, and so on.

All of this comes in a user-friendly interface with the ability to create your own profiles, load configurations, view detailed reports, and much more. Overall, I was really satisfied, and all this for free; it's a pity there is no Russian support, but this did not bother me.
