This is Super Scribblenauts  for Nintendo DS , this ROM has been tested on M3i Zero with the latest firmware (4.8e x)and only goes to title screen as there is a real time save problem in which I or anyone else can patch this is a flashcart problem in which M3 team has to solve. , PS THATS NOT TO SAY IT WONT WORK ON OTHER FLASHCARTS

If this works for your flashcart (r4i DSST etc......) please post comment below for others and do the same if doesnt work
