Jimi Hendrix Discography 1967-2020 studio live covers MP3 NOTE1 THE ALBUM Electric Ladyland IS 5.1 SURROUND SOUND NOTE2 Electric Ladyland IS AAC (NOT MP3) SINCE AAC SUPPORTS HIGH BITRATE This share contains Jimi Hendrix's music from 1967-2020 including studio albums, live concerts, and 2 cover albums by various artists. There are two versions of this 530 track collection: 18.13GB FLAC 389-1049kbps 2.0 (1372-2780 5.1) 6.80GB MP3 320kbps 2.0 (960 5.1) -q=0 (best) << THIS SHARE Over the years, Jimi Hendrix material has been released in many combinations. This collection tries to not repeat multiple releases. For example, 1968b Smash Hits is missing multiple tracks since they are just re-releases from Are You Experienced. Also, the concert album Band of Gypsys is missing since that material was more completely released later on the included The Fillmore East Concerts. 499 of 530 tracks have tags. 2 albums of 31 tracks are not tagged: War Heroes and An Evening With TJHE. All tracks are tagged and have ReplayGain. All tracks are MP3 44.1kHz except: One album is 5.1 surround 48kHz: Jimi Hendrix - 1968 - Electric Ladyland (2018 50th 5.1 surround) Electric Ladyland was encoded with FDK AAC 960kbps (160kbps/channel) as an .m4a file since MP3 is limited to 320kbps. One covers track is edited with the opening 20.261sec of a distorted voiced speaking removed; the cover of the song is completely retained: Jimi Hendrix (zCovers) - 1990 - If 6 Was 9 A Tribute - 08 - Who Knows by Bevis Frond edit All tracks have ReplayGain. All tracks are named so they naturally sort chronologically in a single folder. The naming convention is: Jimi Hendrix - [release year] - [album] - [track#] - [trackname] (source abbreviated name).mp3 Live albums have either the years for the concert, e.g. Jimi Hendrix (Live 67 69), or the year.month for the concert, e.g. Jimi Hendrix (Live 67.06). The 2 cover albums are named so they follow the Live tracks: Jimi Hendrix (zCovers). Source: mostly FLAC image+.cue from CD with logs, some FLAC tracks with logs >> many thanks to the original rippers and sharers Please check out other shares of music, audiobooks, documentaries, movies, tv, Rifftrax, MST3K, Cinematic Titanic, The Film Crew, Star Wars, Star Trek, Stranger Things, Gotham, DC Comics, Battlestar Galactica, and more at your favorite sharing sites.
