Express Animate is a program with which users can upload various media files (images, sounds, videos), create compositions, edit time frames and export animation to video format. The tool is intended mainly for novice users or those who prefer a simpler approach. After launch, an attractive interface with an uncluttered design awaits you. I did not find Russian localization, but in general it was not difficult to figure it out.
Any user can customize video compositions with various predefined effects, add custom text strings and create complex objects. All uploaded objects and media files can be edited selectively and assigned the desired duration on the animation timeline. After determining all the characteristics of the content and video, you need to save the project in the desired format, 3GP, ASF, AVI, FLV, MOV, MP4, MPG and so on. Videos can also be exported directly to CD/DVD or uploaded to multiple media sharing services.
To enhance the usability, Express Animate will also offer people the option of directly saving files to digital devices such as iPhone, iPad, PSP or other mobile devices.
