Firstly, the word "daruma" normally refers to a tumbling doll, but is also (archaic) slang for a prostitute; in the movie, Kana begins as the latter (specifically, an AV performer), but ends up as a (briefly-)living version of the former. Secondly, although the movie doesn't show how Kana's corpse is disposed of, the answer to that question may well be provided by the Japanese website Niku-daruma.com.
