He rapes and kills his victims, but always makes sure to preserve their legs. What we discover is that he enjoys hanging the severed legs from the roof of his fine serial killer abode, which is lit with cool blues like the best serial killer abodes are. Cop Jade Leung makes it her mission to take down the bastard. Mark's response: to pretty much announce that Jade will be his next victim.
