1. Run Topaz A.I. Gigapixel 3.1.1.exe
2. Use RunAsDate.exe
3. Set location of Application to run.
   Example C:Program FilesTopaz LabsTopaz A.I. GigapixelTopaz A.I. Gigapixel.exe
4. set DateTime Absolute - date 26/3/2019
5. leave everything else blank, Create shortcut and close
6. Delete the old shorcut and use the one you just made
