Britain's Best Home Cook - Series 1, Episode 7




The semi-finalists have two and a half hours to prepare their ultimate drinks party with a selection of four savoury canapes, one sweet canape and a drink designed to showcase their individual personality.

Then it's the cooks' challenge which tests their inventiveness and creativity with a key ingredient. The judges have chosen a classic Italian dish that requires precision, care and skill. At the end one cook must part from the group, leaving just three finalists in contention for the title of Britain's best home cook.
