The unmodified scene release of mIRC 7.46

I checked the patch executable both in virtual machine and my real computer with Sysinternals AutoRuns. No changes in startup entries, the resulted patched mIRC.exe have exactly same file size as original. Checked the SHA256 availability on web of this patcher and it confirms to be legit, unmodified Scene release.

The Patch must be run in the same directory where mIRC is installed. If Program Files are used (default) then the patcher must be run as Administrator
