El chef internacional Gastón Acurio (Lima, 1967) ha publicado con el diario el Comercio de Perú su libro sobre comida peruana ’500 años de fusión’ (2009), el cual recibió el reconocimiento de los premios Gourmand World Cookbook Award como el mejor libro de cocina del mundo. El chef Acurio ha recopilado recetas típicas de las regiones ecológicas del Perú, que permiten gran variedad de frutos vegetales y animales por sus 98 climas distintos, por otro lado, el Perú como país mestizo ha sido permeable a influencias culinarias de Europa, Asia y África, motivo de su gran diversidd en platos.

Son dos archivos:

El primero es una imagen de disco (.iso) del CD original del libro.
El segundo es el mismo contenido del CD, pero guardado en carpeta.
