Generally dont need this if upgrading.What you need is a copy of your old key, upgrade, then fetch a copy of your new key.Theres another app for that.MSFT is willing to give you an ISO AND upgrade update.

This is for people with already unofficial keys.
Uses a slew of other servers for activation.Emulation for 10 RTM keys has not been made final yet.There is a working emulator for 8/8.1.

KMS Pico does NOT work for Insider Preview or RTM releases. Do not be fooled. This is the ONLY working crack-tivator.
