The Early November - Imbue (2015) [FLAC] Genre: Rock Styles: Emo, Alternative Source: WEB Codec: FLAC Bit rate: ~ 1,000 kbps Bit depth: 16 Sample rate: 44.1 kHz 01 Narrow Mouth 02 Better This Way 03 Magnolia 04 The Negatives 05 Boxing Timelines 06 Circulation 07 Harmony 08 Cyanide 09 I Don't Care 10 Nothing Lasts Forever 11 Digital Age At the end of The Early November’s new album Imbue, the band ties things up with a song titled “Nothing Lasts Forever,” a theme which the band’s mythology has been cemented on. It plays out like a best-of episode of the band’s career, a chorus that is both catchy yet shows Ace Enders’ voice in apoplectic yelling, marching guitars that can hypnotize a crowd to existentially jump while drenched in sweat, and the purposeful quiet the band is known for. The song progresses and Enders’ lyrics become much more dangerous while the music builds, its guitar section becoming more intense. In their world, at a moment’s notice anything can fade away, feelings can become immediately alien as time ticks forward. It’s the story of Imbue, the testament of a band who has shaken off the “newness” of being reunited, to going back to making records with the energy they had when they were 20 years old
