This is the patch only, Not the video! 
If you have already downloaded HorribleSubs versions of Gintama S3 01 (266), 
Then you can apply these patches to get better FanSubs. 
For both 720p and 1080p :) :( Not 480p )

There are 6 Subtitles, English (5), Deutsche (1)... 
With OP and ED :) 
OP and ED and main sub styles are from FLAX. :
Synced for HS/CR and added ReStyled subs too (You have a choices, 5 tracks for Eng ;) 
 

 
To patch, XDELTA is used... 
If you know and have used XDELTA, then you don't need any help... 
Below info for those who are not familiar with it... 
 
In case you have not heard aout XDELTA, google ;) 
"xdelta is a command line program for delta encoding, which generates two file differences"

Run the appropriate BAT file...

Those instructions are for Windows.... 
Linux guys knows how to do... as xdelta (vcdiff) files are here.. :) ..... and Mac guys .... :p
